Five years of camp. Hundreds of memories. One big Soniashnyk family.
For the past five years, Sunflower (Sonyashnik) has been a place where children come to play, explore, make new friends, discover their talents, and connect with Ukrainian culture. But what makes Soniashnyk truly special is the community we have built together.
Over the years, we have met so many wonderful people — campers, families, counsellors, volunteers, friends, partners, and supporters — and many of those friendships have continued long after the summer ended.
So, even though camp is over and autumn has arrived, we are bringing our Soniashnyk family together once again.
Join us for a cozy Camp Friends Reunion — a little piece of Soniashnyk outside Val-des-Monts. It will be an afternoon to reconnect with old friends, meet new ones, share stories, look back on five years of camp memories, and simply enjoy being together.
There will be fun activities for children and adults, delicious treats prepared by our wonderful camp chefs, and a special collection of memories from five unforgettable years of Soniashnyk.
